What is best for you?

Auctions

Auctions are an easy way to liquidate assets. Auctions are usually a one-day event where items are sold to the highest bidder. Everything is sold as is where is. While collectors do visit auctions, re-sellers tend to be more present. The commission charged for auctions is usually more affordable due to less setup time.

Tag Sales

Tag sales are a great way to liquidate assets if what is being sold is collectible, vintage, antique or unique. Normally tag sales are a three day sale, but could be longer depending on what is being sold. More collectors than re-sellers visit tag sales. At a tag sale, everything is marked with an asking price and longer setup time is needed to prepare.

How We Work

Our Usual Process

Free Consultation. We will meet with you to go over how the process works and take a look at your situation and recommend the best course of action. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY!
Schedule the Sale or Auction. We will schedule the sale or auction and cross-reference other events going on to make sure we get a large crowd for your sale. At this stage, we also take pictures of all of the items in the sale.
Advertising. We provide and pay for all advertising for your sale. We post our Estate Sales & Auctions on over 30 different online websites along with email blasts and postcards by mail. If you decide to List or Auction your Real Estate with us we put the property in MLS and distribute the property to over 50 different websites.
Stage & Organize. For Tag Sales we research and price all items in the house. For Auctions & Tag Sales, we stage the home to make the items presentable to customers and go through the attic(s), storage areas, and other areas of the property.
Sale Day. Our team of Auctioneers, Cashiers, Clerks, and Helpers make sure sale day goes as smoothly as possible. It is NOT required that you are present at the sale. We handle every aspect of the sale.
